The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulation (1981) requires Morpeth All Saints CE Aided First School to provide suitable first aid equipment, facilities and personnel so that immediate assistance can be given to any pupils, staff, visitors (including contractors) if they are injured or become ill. Regulation 3 (2) states that in order to provide first aid a person isn't suitable unless they have undergone approriate training and are qualified to meet HSE standards.
