Complaints Procedure for use by parents/carers and members of the public

The Complaints Procedure and Policy  is for those who wish to raise a complaint against the school, a member of staff and/or the school's governors/governing body.  


Areas of appeal specifically laid down in law include:-


  • Admissions
  • Exclusions
  • Complaints against the curriculum, collective worship and religious education.
  • Assessments and statements of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
