This week we have done lots of counting, adding and recording with pirate treasure in maths. In literacy we have been using our phonic knowledge to write sounds, CVC words and even some sentences!
This children have loved role playing in the pirate ship. Thank you to everyone who sent in some costumes.
On Thursday we made the most of the snowy weather. We put on our waterproofs and went to play outdoors. We talked about how the snow felt, made snowballs and snowmen. The children had great fun!
Our school is situated in attractive and extensive well maintained grounds in a small housing estate, Lancaster Park, which is north of the town of Morpeth. The school first opened in 1972 and was formerly known as Wansbeck St Aidan Church of England Aided First School until it was renamed in 2001.Read More of the school welcome page
