This week has been an observation week to find out what new interests the children have. We have seen lots of potion making in the water tray, castles being made in the junk modelling and lots of discussions about magic. Outdoors we have been using the equipment to make up our own games which has shown some great team work.
Next week we will be focussing on developing a 'magic and mystery' topic. This will include colour mixing to make potions, looking at different fairytale stories and developing our role play area.

Our school is situated in attractive and extensive well maintained grounds in a small housing estate, Lancaster Park, which is north of the town of Morpeth. The school first opened in 1972 and was formerly known as Wansbeck St Aidan Church of England Aided First School until it was renamed in 2001.Read More of the school welcome page
