This week the children have shown an interest in the film Moana. We decided to "take a trip to the cinema". The children made tickets, posters, popcorn cones and drawings before watching the DVD. We thoroughly enjoyed it and made up our own dance moves to the soundtrack.
We have also been working on our maths skills, counting in two's, five's and ten's to solve problems.
In multi-skills this week we have been doing some athletics. This included completing an obstacle course.
Have a lovely half term!
Don't forget to add to Tapestry all the fun things you have been doing.
Our school is situated in attractive and extensive well maintained grounds in a small housing estate, Lancaster Park, which is north of the town of Morpeth. The school first opened in 1972 and was formerly known as Wansbeck St Aidan Church of England Aided First School until it was renamed in 2001.Read More of the school welcome page
